Text messaging, also known as SMS, is one of the methods that Huma Home Design and Builders dba MTN BUILDERS uses to communicate with customers. 

Thank you for OPTING-IN to receive text messages. Huma Home Design & Builders will send text message notifications to you for: 

• Informing you of material time deliveries and staff arrival times.
• Client requests and questions
• Informing you of invoices, payment reminders
• Communicating change orders, specifications, and plan-sets.

unable to send text messages to landlines, and we are only able to

Opt-Out

OPT-OUT of the texting service using one of the following methods: 

• Contact Huma Home Design & Builders to remove the phone number given for text message notifications via the main phone number. 
• After receiving a message, text STOP to stop receiving messages. You will receive a confirmation text. To undo this, text START to begin receiving messages again.
